Privacy Policy

Effective: June 11, 2026

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the GemKeeper mobile application and related services operated by KLEBA SP Z O O (“KLEBA”, “Service Provider”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). GemKeeper is an inventory and record-keeping utility for gemstone records, certificate details, collection insights, comparisons, and export tools.

The public KLEBA website is informational only. It does not require user registration, login, account creation, user dashboards, protected routes, or authorization.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. KLEBA does not sell personal data, does not share personal data with advertisers, and does not use app records for tracking.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, basic technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted by network infrastructure to facilitate connectivity. This data is not retained by KLEBA and is not used for tracking.

Local gemstone records

GemKeeper is intended to keep gemstone inventory information locally on the user’s device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise. This may include gemstone names, gemstone types, carat weights, portfolio values, custom collections, item comparisons, insights, and export-related records.

Local app records are controlled by the user on their own device. KLEBA does not operate a server-side vault for normal app use.

Certificate details and reference files

GemKeeper may allow users to store certificate-related details such as issuing lab, report number, issue date, expiration timeline, and certificate status. If users attach reference PDFs or images to stone records, those files are intended to remain on the user’s device unless a future feature clearly explains otherwise.

GemKeeper is not an official appraisal, valuation, insurance, or laboratory certification service. Users should rely on qualified professionals, insurers, and official laboratories for formal verification or valuation.

Do third parties see or have access to information?

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no personal data is shared with third parties. KLEBA does not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

Data Retention

KLEBA does not collect or retain personal data from GemKeeper through normal application use. Any gemstone records, certificate details, certificate files, portfolio values, insights, comparisons, collections, or export data created in the app are intended to remain locally on the user’s device.

If a user voluntarily contacts KLEBA by email or through another direct communication channel, KLEBA may retain that communication only for as long as necessary to respond, resolve the request, maintain reasonable business records, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Data Deletion

Because GemKeeper does not collect or store personal app data on KLEBA servers, KLEBA cannot remotely delete local records stored on a user’s device. Users can remove local app data by using in-app data controls where available, deleting exported files they created, clearing app storage through device settings, or uninstalling the Application.

If you have voluntarily contacted KLEBA and want that direct communication deleted where applicable, you may request deletion by contacting support@kleba.it.com.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher age where required by applicable law. KLEBA does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market to them.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure from KLEBA-held app data is minimal. However, no system is completely secure. Users should protect their devices, exported records, certificate files, and backups with appropriate device-level security.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

KLEBA may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting an updated Privacy Policy with a new effective date. Where required by law, KLEBA will seek consent before material changes take effect.
